My name is James Wright and I have now been part of the UFindus directory since its launch in 2004. My role at UFindus ltd is to train our sales staff to be professional and to provide an accountable service to all of our customers. The Ufindus brand has rapidly grown in stature and in search engine positioning dramatically over the last 6 months and it is my responsibility to keep our staff up to date on our reputation and how we differentiate from our competition. With various internet scams and poor services out on the web in the UK, I find that my main focus is providing as much information to our staff about the quality of our service and how well we deliver in line with our promises.

 Although my main focus in training is on new sales staff, teaching them the ins and outs of the internet and how the UFindus directory operates, I also assist in training our Customer Support Team. Our company ethos is based on long term results for all of our cutomers, so if there are individual cases where customers have experienced any problems with the UFindus service, we want to deal with their case efficiently and professionally. Therefore, a proportion of my time is spent providing relevant information and training to our UFindus customer support staff. The following blog will inform you of the methods we use to improve the level of service we provide, as the growth of the UFindus brand continues to flourish.
